  Ruler of the Snow Kingdom. She freezes objects to add to her large collection gallery. She makes her appearance in the Sailor Moon Super movie. She sent a snow monster down to earth to freeze it but the scouts stopped it. Kaguya had lost one of her jewels which Kakeru picked up on earth and started to drain his energy away. So she went Kakeru's house to tell him that she needs the jewel and that she was happy that it's weaken him every day. But Sailor Moon had to risk her powers and life to kill Snow Kaguya so she did.
